Something must’ve been noticed on your return needing further review

Weird - every response about this is different - LOL most say it's just processing.  It's only been 13 days since accepted.

Yeah it can mean anything. Last year in my case it was because I was being audited and they needed more than 21 days to process. Try to check your transcripts if you have an account on irs.gov, it should give you a little more insight

I did look and it's not showing any thing on my transcripts- 2020 is N/A etc.  So maybe it really is still being processed?

Processing is a normal process. Processing means that the IRS is reviewing the tax return for errors.  Please see the description below:

During the process phase, the IRS reviews the tax return for errors or other issues.

There is no way of knowing exactly when IRS will finish processing your return, but you can track your refund on the IRS website. You will not see your refund expected date on the IRS website until after IRS approves the refund. For most taxpayers,(9 out of 10), the refund process takes approximately 21 days.

Please see the links below for additional information:

It will be 21 days tomorrow and still says

Your tax return is still being processed.

A refund date will be provided when available.

Nothing is showing on my transcript for notices either.

Any ideas?

The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. When it's been longer than 21 days we recommend you contact the IRS.
