If my taxes were done free do I still check santa Barbara bank for my refund?

Just to clarify, did you select Santa Barbara Bank as where you want your refund check to be direct deposited?

No I did not. I requested direct deposit to my bank. 

I've paid all the other years and went to santa Barbara 1st before being sent to my bank.  I did not know if was the same if I did not have ant fees. 🙂

Thank you for clarifying. Since you did not pay any fees this year, you do not need to check Santa Barbara bank. The IRS will deposit your refund directly into your bank account.

why am I getting charged for doing my taxes again I thought it was free??? Please explain why this is happening thank you...

Free Edition is for simple returns that file a 1040 with no additional schedules, and is free as long as you don't select any add-ons or upgrades.

 

Why am I being charged for TurboTax Free Edition?
