If my tax refund was seized due to student loans prior to the halt on seizures and wage garnishments am I going to receive my return ?

Probably not ... they were taken BEFORE the order went into effect and there has been no word on it being changed and I doubt they will ... think about it ... where would they draw the line ?   There are always folks who would still be on the wrong side of the line who are not happy.
