When the blue line/ bar is
complete, it means that the IRS has accepted your return and that you should have
an estimated refund date soon (if you are expecting a tax refund). Please note
that the IRS issues most refunds within 21 days of your return being accepted.

been accepted or rejected and gives an estimate on when you can expect to

fast as possible, but we have no control over how fast the IRS or your state
returns your money to you. Pending
simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't
accepted or rejected it yet.
