If my estimated refund date has passed and I have not received my refund, how much longer should I have to wait?

According to the IRS, your refund could hit your account 1-5 days after it is sent by the Internal Revenue Service because banks vary in how and when they credit funds.

my estimated refund date has passed

TT dates are just that: estimates, based on the IRS goal of 21 days.  But it can take longer.
