If its telling me i must choose a US based bank for direct deposit but it is, its chase bank what do i do. if won't let me continue. I have doubled checked my info too.

For a direct deposit of a federal tax refund you must use a US bank located in the US.  If the Chase Bank you are using is located outside of the US then the refund cannot be direct deposited.

Otherwise, sign onto your bank website and verify that the routing number you have entered is the same as what is listed on the bank website.
