When you sign onto the TurboTax online account and are on the Tax Home web page, the dates shown for receiving a tax refund are only estimates.  They are based on the IRS target of issuing a tax refund within 21 days after receiving the tax return.  These are targets only and Not a guarantee.

Only use the IRS website for the status of a federal tax refund - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions

Do you mean you are seeing the "green bar" on the TurboTax site?  Ignore that bar.  All it shows is an estimate; many federal refunds are taking longer this year due to the pandemic.  Use the information from the IRS site--your only reliable source of information about your refund is the IRS.
