If I work over 35 hours a week at my job and they do not provide heath ins am I entitled to a deductible?

If you pay for your insurance premiums with after-tax dollars, then yes, they would be a deductible expense if you itemize your deductions in the medical section. Pre-tax payments via payroll deductions would not be deductible. 

The total medical expenses will need to exceed 10% (7.5% for those born before 1/2/52) of your AGI to receive a benefit. You can always enter your medical expenses and TurboTax will determine if you meet the thresholds.
