If I was filing my state tax return and I did a mistake how can I restart the full State return

I was just wondering if I made a mistake is why it says I owe the state this year cuz every other time I've never owed anything

If you have not registered the account yet when you started you can delete the state return and start again.  Make sure you are completely done with the federal section first.
