If I've set the direct debit day for the 18 of each month, will my tax payment still be taken out on time?

My return was accepted in March 2019, but I know taxes are due April 15, 2019. I'm afraid this means the direct debit will occur on April 22, 2019 and therefore my tax payment will be late. However, I am on an installment plan.

even if timely (may not - the IRS might not make the first withdrawal until May)   you are subject to late payment penalties and interest until your taxes are paid in full.  .
