To access prior year online returns created using the exact same userID that you used to create the 2017 account you will need to upgrade to the Plus edition.

If you are filing 50 returns for other people for compensation then you are violating the TT user rules.  And you are told more than once every time the program tries to upgrade you (over and over) about the access to the returns ... so if you do not want to upgrade to retain access then it is your responsibility to save the PDF every year  ...  access to them for free is up to the end of tax season 10/15.  Please do not get angry at TT which is as for profit public company so they have the right to set the rules and the price.

To access prior year returns you must use the PLUS version or better.
