If I submitted my tax return, but my company issued a statement saying 1099-B forms were delayed and they filed for an extension, do I need to file an amended return?
Won't be tremendous capital gains as the sold RSUs are covered through payroll, but potential for some gains that may or may not offset my carried over losses from 2022.

Yes, you will most likely need to file an amended return. Once you get your Form 1099-B, you can walk through the amendment process in TurboTax.
