If i sent my refund to my address but have not recievied it?

If it has been longer than 5-10 business days since you have filed your return. You should report your card lost or stolen through this link. https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us

You can also contact customer care at Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169.

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
