If i paid for efile but ended up i had to mail in my returns how do i get my money back that i paid for the efileing

Your question is being posted from online Deluxe.   Your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail your return in an envelope.  You did not pay an extra fee to e-file; you paid to use the software to prepare a return.
