If I opted to get money before my actual taxes process when does that usually post onto my Turbo Tax Card? (like the pre-qualifying thing, I forgot what its called)

You mean the refund loan?  You get the loan within 48 hours AFTER the IRS accepts your return

I got my email for approval but have to wait to the get card, i cant use it now
