If i made a payment when i filed my 2015 Hawaii state tax return?

question popped up "if I made a payment when I filed my 2015 Hawaii tax return" i clicked yes (unsurely) but then it asked what was the total of all your payments and withholding for ur 2015 hawaii taxes. And then i clicked on "what does that include" this popped up -----

You'll find most of this info on your 2015 state tax return.

This is the total amount of everything you paid, including:

 - Amounts withheld on your W-2, W-2G, and 1099
 - Estimated tax payments for 2015. Add any paid in 2016 for 2015 (it's common for the 4th quarterly payment to be made in January)
 - Overpayment from 2014 applied toward your 2015 return
 - Payment made with an extension of time to file
 - Payment made when you filed your return
 - Refundable credits

I clicked yes only bc i remember paying for your turbo tax service to file 2015 taxes, and as well i would take out an additional amount from my bi-weekly paychecks for state and fed tax withholding.  So really does this question apply to me ?

No, it does not apply  It's asking if you paid income tax to the state when you filed last year.  If you got a refund, then answer would be No.
