If i haven't filed my taxes in 7 years, then why am I required to still have my AGI tax information. I cant file my tax return nor my stimulus return without my AGI.

where is it asking for that? 

are you trying to complete your 2019 tax return? 

are you required to file this year? or are you just doing it to get the stimulus?

If you did not file a 2018 tax return, then try entering '0' for your AGI.
