If I got accepted but still say processing will it be approved on the 29 of January 2018

Probably not.  Processing taxes several days to find if there are any errors.  If none then the refund is Approved and then finally Sent.

I e filed on the 19 and accepted on the 22 of January and it’s been sitting there

Accepted = Received
