If I forgot to attach a Disability W2 to my filing for 660.54. Must I amend my return? I have no other changes. The form came late. It's a small amount.

ALL income must be reported to the IRS.  Even your $660.54 Disability Income.  The employer or insurance company will report this income to the IRS as well. 

Please see the TurboTaxFAQ on filing an amended return (1040X) below.  Check the link often for updates on 2017 Instructions.  You are required to correct any errors on a tax return by completing an amendment.   Although not advised, some taxpayers choose to wait for correspondence from the IRS.
