If I filed my 2018 taxes with Turbotax, why does it state that they've not been filed on my homescreen for Turbotax?

Did you use the online account during the 2018 filing season in 2019 to file your return? Is it possible you have more than one account?

Use this link to recover other accounts: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If you used the CD/download product installed on your computer to file your 2018 return, TurboTax does not have a copy of it. The only copy would be on your computer.

I tried to do what was suggested with the link (and yes you are correct) .....I apparently have two accounts set up with the same USER ID. I don't know how that happened, but it did. So, the Turbo Tax Rep could see my other password when I called for help.....but, she wasn't allowed to provide it to me and I've spent countless hrs trying to figure it out, myself. I've even been locked out trying. I have no idea what it is and there's no one who will help me. I thought I figured it out, thinking I used this older USER ID that I had used years ago.....so, I tried that and they allowed me to reset the password, but, there were no returns uploaded to Turbo Tax. Luckily, I made a copy of them and have actually signed and sent them to IRS, but it's too soon to see if they've been uploaded to their IRS.GOV website. Thanks for trying!!!
