If I filed, but then got tax documents from a $5 investment on cashapp & Small donations to an org in 2023 that I forgot about entirely, is this a big mistake?

I filed yesterday, I usually never do it this early. Today I got emails with tax documents from when I bought $5 of stocks just out of curiosity because it was an option on cashapp, and a list of my small $5 donations totaling $40, to a nonprofit this year that I also forgot about. I don't usually invest or have much money to donate/keep track when I do, so I genuinely forgot about these things. Can this cause me issues on my taxes?

Probably will not be an issue.  The donations are only entered as itemized deductions, so if you have the Standard Deduction the donations would not need to be reported.

For the $5 from the stock sale, it should be reported but the amount is so low it is extremely doubtful that the IRS will ever question you about not entering it on your tax return.
