If I don't owe any taxes why did you send money to the state from my bank account?

Can I sue turbo tax for messing up my taxes. Causing great harm?

TurboTax does not make any payments for you, wanted or unwanted.

 

If you put direct debit info on your return, the amount you owe can be taken.

Why that's a ass kissing lie if I ever heard one .first you filed a prior years taxes on 2020 forms .then when I had to amend them I had to file 2020 taxes that I am not required to file. I made $8,000.0/ ssa  and you had me owe 290.00 in federal taxes . And with no warning sent a debit from my bank account to lay the $290.00 in taxes I don't even owe . Charge .me $ 30.00 for protection plan I never agreed too. Then screw up my taxes and ask who me to call the IRS and fix it . I think you need to stay out from under the desk and into reality.
