If I don't have enough deductions what form do I use to do my taxes?

The only federal tax return is the Form 1040.

Everyone uses a Form 1040.   There has not been a 1040EZ for years.    You do not have to itemize to use a Form 1040.   You can just use your standard deduction and skip entering itemized deductions.
