If I did not file my own tax return and my ex filed me on his tax return (with my permission,) do I have the right to access those documents? We were never married.

My ex and myself were never married and had 2 children together. We lived together In 2018 and I made less than $3,000. I allowed him to file me and our children as dependents on his taxes with the agreement that he would give me the tax credit for one of the children and for myself. I believe he lied about the amounts and gave me less. Do I have a right to access those documents if he is refusing to provide them to me?

Unfortunately, if you are not a taxpayer on the return then you cannot access the return.
