If I chose to have a paper check mail can I change where the refund check is mailed to or have it deposited into an account

You can't make a change on your tax return after you have efiled or mailed your return and it has been accepted. If you have changed your address, you should send a change of address form to the IRS but they may not get it in time to change where they mail your refund check: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8822.pdf
