If I am down to putting in the direct deposit info and it keeps saying the account numbers and routing numbers dont match even before I get them all in

How do I get the routing numbers and account numbers to show matching because they do but it keeps saying they dont even before I get it all input

Sign out of all your devices (mobile app, all the browsers). It sometimes helps to sign in and then properly sign out of all the devices again. The if using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

 

This should solve your problem.
