I would like to know why is TurboTax saying that my return was accepted by the IRS when, on the IRS website,it hasn't yet? they even gave me date, which I was counting on

I don't understand why lie. That really screws you over if you're counting on the money, and should be illegal. I cant call anyone bc I don't have an american phone number at the moment and they don't even have a customer service chat to answer to this type of questions. If anyone could be of help I would appreciate it very much.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040

Are you crazy lol That's not even what I'm talking about, no one is saying anything about the amount...I'm never using TurboTax again, this just proves how bad their service is, random people giving random answers to a question they should have someone online to answer to themselves.

The IRS refund site does not use the word "accepted."   The IRS site will tell you that the return was received or that your return is being processed.  But unless you are using the correct refund amount from line 35a on your Form 1040, you will not see any information on the IRS site.  A lot of users get confused and use the wrong refund amount on the IRS site.

The date that TurboTax gave you was only an estimated date--it was not a promise or a guarantee.   The IRS may take longer than the 21 day average to process your return.  And...if you are in a foreign county, the IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank.  They will make a deposit to a U.S. based bank account or they will mail a check to the address you entered on your tax return.
