I will not use my appointment scheduled for 6:20 A.M., 4/17/2018. May I please have this refunded to me?

Will not use tomorrow's special call but paid for it before hand. Please refund the dollar amount paid, $74.99   Thank you. Where are my 2017 Docs? They do not appear to be saved!

Online TurboTax saves your return after every screen.   Is your return still in progress, or have you already filed?   If you haven't finished, but TurboTax "thinks" you were finished, we can tell you how to open the return back up to continue working on it.

When you log in, do you see any evidence that you have prepared a 2017 return?    If you see no evidence at all, and it's acting like it wants you to start one, then you likely have multiple accounts.  If that's what you are experiencing, we can help you troubleshoot to find the right account..
