I went back after filing my taxes and realized it says "Turbo tax self employed". I am not self employed and have not been for 2 years. Will this affect my refund?

No the version you use shouldn't affect your return.  Just higher fees for the Self Employed version.  Did you pay the fees with a credit card or deduct them from your federal refund?
