I was told that my refund would go to Turbo tax first so the fees can be taken out then it will be sent to my bank. Have you taken your fees from my tax refund yet

Per the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (TPG) website, there is no delay once the funds have been released and sent by the IRS to them.  However, it can take 1-2 business days for the direct deposit process to complete.  Please use this link to check your refund status on the TPG site: https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login
