I was told by credit karma that I was ineligible to open a money spend account to receive my refund loan they told me to ask you guys if a ck savings account would work?

Or can I use my personal bank account?

No.    The refund advance requires that you have the refund put on a Credit Karma card.   You can skip the "advance" and use any bank account or other card you have with a U.S. routing and account number, but you will not be able to get the advance without also having a CK card.
