I was signing up and paid for e file but was unable to do this because of an issue with a W2 and have to mail this in. Do I still get charged for e file ?

There is no charge to e-file. The fee you paid was for the program itself and preparation of your tax return. This fee will apply whether you file by mail or e-file.
