I was incarcerated for 2 years and before that I was homeless for 3 years. I was release in September 2021. Does this change my tax returns?

Did you receive any taxable income in 2021 after your release?   Do you have income to enter on a 2021 tax return?   If you did not receive the 3rd EIP payment you can get it in Federal Review by answering the questions for the recovery rebate credit.
