I was denied a advanced refund loan... Reason being I owe state and government taxes! But my case with child support was closed last year

Sorry----there is nothing anyone in this forum can do to help you get the advance.  It is doubtful that calling Credit Karma about this would do you any good for this year.   If the information in the system shows that you are not eligible, then you simply are not getting the advance.   Perhaps by next year you can sort out the issues you are having about child support etc.
