I was at the end of TurboTax then couldn't answer some if the questions and went out of it.I used Freetax and have gotten my money back. But TurboTax changed me $68.00.

My bank account was charged $68.00 and I didn't use TurboTax

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
