You can make any changes now that it has been accepted.   You have to wait and see what the IRS does with it.  If they adjust you won't have to do anything, but if they don't adjust it, you will need to amend it later.   If you receive any notices, be sure to respond timely.    Your question was cut off, so if you were asking something else, please advise...
