I want to remove child dependant's income from my 2015 return and file her own 2015 taxes. Is there a certain order I should do this? File her taxes first or amend mine

I found out on my 2017 return that my child dependant's capital gains income that I included on my return was taking away so.e tax credits I should have been eligible for.  I want to amend my 2015 and 2016 returns to remove her income and file her 2015 and 2016 returns seperately.  Will she have to pay penalties and interest even though I overpaid?  Also what order should I do this in?

You can complete All the returns in any order since they must each be mailed in separate envelopes. I suggest going oldest to newest

Just be aware that the deadline to amend a 2015 return for a refund is April 15, 2019.
But I'm not sure you can even amend. What about the Kiddie tax?

Do you need amending info?  You will need to use a full computer to download the special Amend program.  Hmmm,  you will also need the regular full programs to do her returns.  So you might as well just get the full program.  It will be able to amend yours too.  I would call support and ask for the full programs.
