I want to put my refund on a turbo tax card, how do I get one?

When you go through the FILE section you have to choose how you want to receive your refund.  The prepaid card is one of the choices available.

That options was not given to me, I can I talk to a live person. 

@MosiahFisher Not sure what you are trying to do.   You posted to a thread about "TurboTax" prepaid cards.   That particular card is no longer being offered.  Instead one of the options is a credit karma card.   You can choose that in the File section or you can choose to receive your refund as a mailed check.    Or if you already have an existing bank account you can get direct deposit to your own account by entering your routing and account numbers.
