I want to make sure i amended my 1099c correctly

I added my 1099c, it is showing twice on description. Just want to make sure I am being charged more than I should be.

Well, what is the total amount on the 1040 for other income?  The 1099-C amount or twice that?

It is twice the amount of the amount on the 1099c
