Did you request a payment plan in Step 2 of the File section for the federal taxes owed?
Click on File on the left side of the screen. On Step 1 click on Revisit. Follow the prompts to Step 2 and choose how to pay the federal taxes owed.
If you are still being requested to complete a Form 9465, then delete the form
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on Delete a form
