Did you use the IRS Free File website? Last year and before it was called Tax Freedom. You have to use that one and set up a new account and username over there.

To file for free you had to start from the IRS Free File lookup page and pick one of the free software offered from here

The regular Turbo Tax Free Edition is different than the Free File website
