I've received notice from the State of California to assess additional tax and penalties on my account from the 2020 tax year

To contact TaxAudit about a 2020 state tax notice and submit a state notice on your TurboTax 2020 return, follow these steps12345:

Check if you purchased Audit Defense by signing in to your TurboTax account and selecting the tax year under "Your tax returns & documents".
Contact TaxAudit immediately if you receive a notice from the IRS or state taxing agency. Do not contact the IRS or State unless instructed by a TaxAudit team member.
