I've not filed my Maryland state taxes yet. Why is the payment date set for today (April 15th) and I can't change it? I'd like to make it Aprilm30th

All taxes filings are due on April 15th, unless you file an extension.  If you file an extension, you must pay any amounts expected to be due at that time.
