I've got a 5071c letter the website tells me call the number and irs isn't taking love calls is there anything else I can do

Live calls not love calls

You can go to Identity Verification Service and follow the online instructions. Please see TurboTax FAQ for assistance with Identity Verification: I got a 5071C letter from the IRS

After successful verification, it takes about 6 weeks to complete processing.
