I used TurboTax online last year. This year, I am using TurboTax Deluxe. How do I get my 2017 return? I need more than my AGI; I need income from states for 1099-Gs.

I assume you mean you have the Desktop program this year?  Were you able to transfer from your 2017 online return?  If not  I can tell you how if you don't mind starting over.

Correct; Deluxe is a desktop version.  I was not able to transfer; it only looks for physical files.  It didn't prompt me to login to my account to find it or anything.  Unbelievable.

Well the Desktop program is totally separate from the Online version.  It wouldn't know you used Online last year.  You can transfer from your online return.  And FYI there is a Deluxe in the Online versions too.

I understand that it wouldn't know that I used online last year, but *I* know I used it last year, and it doesn't give me an option to get that information.

There are two ways to transfer from an Online return into the Windows Desktop program

1.     You will need to download the .tax2017 file from online.   See this for how to download the .tax2017 file,
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3371455-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-the-2017-return-i-filed-in-turbotax-online">https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3371455-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-the-2017-return-i-filed-in-turbotax-online</a>

Then start a new return in 2018 (go to FILE - NEW) and the very first thing it should do is search your computer for all 2017 files.  If it doesn't find it you can click Browse and point to where you saved it.

2.     If you can't get or didn't save the .tax2017 file to your computer before online was shut down in mid Oct. or lost it,  there is a way to do it by starting your 2018 return in the Online version, transfer into that and then you can switch and continue in the Desktop program without having to pay for the Online version. Here's how:

And see How to Transfer to Desktop

If you filed your 2017 tax return with TurboTax last year, this will assist you with accessing your 2017 return to get your 2017 AGI: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301618

Tiffany, as I said in the original question, my problem is not my AGI.  I have that.
