We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these type of accounts. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

They won't answer anything but a robot answer cause they know u aren't getting shat but a paper check in months. It'll be August before some of us get our money.  They need to be drug through the streets.  Turbo tax are crooks.

The situation is still evolving. The frustration is understandable. But, TurboTax is separate from the IRS and from the Santa Barbara Tax Group.

Due to the fact that u replied with something other than the robot script I will exempt you from my wishes of doom upon your peers.  It's still BS though that y'all know as of now we are getting it on the card and won't say so.  And it's not you don't know.  If if was gonna come on the card or u had no reason to believe it wouldn't come on the card then  y'all would be saying it comes the say way as your refund. But the whole irs ain't told us what's up yet let's me know there must be some issue.

I hear you, Vegasmark28. As soon as possible, the updates will be posted for more direct details on the links TurboTax Employee Tax Expert ColeenD3 provided earlier.

The IRS is issuing more guidance daily with details that had not been explained before now. It is more complex because of situations like yours about where the money is going to be direct deposited (very important) and also for people whose situations changed one year to the next. Some situations will change what stimulus payment amount the taxpayers could expect.
