I used my mailing address which is different than my physical address, do I need to amend my return?
I used my mailing address which is my parents address, but that isn't my physical address. I filed head of household (my parent will also file head of household using this address for my siblings) and I need to know if I need to amend my return due to the address error?

No, you should use the best address for the IRS to contact you.
Head of Household does not refer to a literal household or physical address. It refers to an individual household maintained within any given home.

If you are talking to your parents, ask them to inform you if any IRS correspondence arrives with your name on it.
