I use TurboTax Home & Business for Mac on CD. I loaned someone money (non-business related). He paid back some of it (zero interest loan). How do I claim this bad debt?

There is no possiblity that this loan will ever be repaid. The amount remaining on this loan is $700.00. $700.00 that will never be repaid. Thoughts?
