I use the secure myturbotax link to try to access my draft return. But I'm navigated to the "We're glad you're here!" screen. How do I access my draft return?

The screen I'm taken to involves starting a new return after opening a new account. I've already have a paid account with a draft return. But I can't access the return. PLEASE HELP!

Yes, if you are working in TurboTax Online, sometimes your browser just signs you in, and it takes you back to the beginning as if you never started your return.

If this happens to you in TurboTax Online, sign out. This will bring you back to where you sign in. If it shows you more than one user name, select the user name you are using this year and sign in again.
