I use direct deposit for turbo tax refund/tax payment. Does that mean I have direct deposit through the IRS for my coronavirus stimulus check?

I have used a credit card and direct deposit/withdraw previously.

Yes, if you used Direct Deposit to receive your Refund, your Stimulus Check will be deposited to the same account.
